HAWAIIAN BANANA: Lele Variety is a Hawaiian cultivar similar to plantains. Semi-sweet when ripe with yellow-orange flesh. Can also be used for cooking and frying. Cut a thick slice and fry in oil or replace potatoes with Lele banana.
